Fox Attack

I haven't wrote in quite awhile, so I need to update on everything that's been happening. We recently had a fox kill about half our chicken flock. This was a brazen fox that we actually caught walking up our driveway in broad daylight attacking one of our chickens. After that we decided to buy a livestock guardian dog. We got an Anatolian Shepard and Great Pyrenees mixed puppy.

We also started working on another chicken cage with a higher roost. The chickens all stay around the house now and rarely go back to their old coop. They have been roosting on the fence beside the pig shed. I'll post more pictures later! Take care all!
